Creative writing workshops on the theme of homecomings
Kresen Kernow, Cornwall’s archive centre in Redruth, is creating a programme of events and activities to welcome the return of four historic Cornish language manuscripts this summer for a very special exhibition. United for the first time in history, these incredible manuscripts offer tantalising glimpses of epic, immersive theatrical experiences from Cornwall’s past.
The Writers’ Block is delivering creative writing workshops with a variety of community groups as part of this project. These two workshops led by Louisa Adjoa Parker are specifically for Cornwall’s black and ethnically diverse community, focussing on what journeys and homecomings mean to you.
Workshops are on Zoom and you will receive a link to access it at least 24 hours before the event.
Workshops take place on Mondays 5 & 12 July 6 – 8pm
Tickets are FREE but must be booked.
