This workshop will involve some mindful yoga movement and breathing, creative writing exercises, and the opportunity to explore the power of mantras and create your own. Expect to leave rejuvenated and creatively inspired.
suitable for all levels, no prior experience of yoga necessary.
Please have a yoga mat (or other blanket/mat), a notebook, pen, and chair available to you for the workshop.
