A days mentoring workshop with Elvis McGonagall and Rick Worthy to inspire and lead you into gently challenging sessions to write and perform your own work. All thanks to LRS Arts
This will be an exchange of knowledge and insights offering a sympathetic ear and helping individuals to realise their full potential as artists and performers.
Our mentors:
Richard Smith – aka Elvis McGonagall, poet and armchair revolutionary (BBC TV, Radio 4, Edinburgh Fringe, Glastonbury, Latitude and Cheltenham Festivals, Shanghai) – will be steering the writing and structure of your poems.
Rick Worthy – LRS Arts/Hub Theatre School – will be making your performance effective through using your voice and body.
We’ll have tea and coffee ready and waiting for you. Please bring along your own lunch supplies. There are also shops within a 10 minute walking distance.
