We are now recruiting for Story Republicans – the engaging front face of The Story Republic. We would like to recruit 4 Story Republicans this Spring and a further 4 in the Summer.
The training project is aimed at emerging theatre performers who are interested in working in a variety of spaces from the street to galleries, castles to classrooms with a repertoire of songs, poems and short stories. You will need to be enthusiastic, at ease vocally and able to make yourself heard, keen to work in an ensemble, willing and able to sing and to be bold!
- The audition date is March 13th 2014
- The training dates are March 31st and April 1st
- The initial Story Republic installation is from 4-21st April in Truro.

I am currently on a HND small scale theatre course at st austell college, and I am working towards forming a theatre company to tour around Cornwall with. I am extremely enthusiastic and I am comfortable with my vocals whether it be singing or speaking. I am fairly flexible regarding availabty and extremely interested on taking part.
