It has been brilliant working with Hannah Vaughan at TJ International Book Manufacturers, Padstow, on the Cornwall Young Author Competition.
The Story Republicans were asked to bring to life the final two winning stories; Rescuing Dennis by Ailing Cook from Richard Lander school and A Bookworm’s Adventure by Olivia Simmons, from Trewirgie Junior School.
Performances took place in each of the schools as part of World Book Day. When the winning stories were read out, you could have heard a pin drop! Keep up the good work, young Cornish writers.
